Delete your account

Required for App Store / Google Play account deletion

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the fourtillfour Check-In app and sign in.
2. On Home, tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
4. This removes your check-in app account and session data.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support@fourtillfour.com with subject Delete Check-In account and include:

• Full name on your loyalty account
• Phone number used to sign in

We will delete your App account within a reasonable period after we verify the request. This does not automatically remove your GoHighLevel CRM contact used for cafe membership — ask staff if you also need that updated.
