Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the fourtillfour Check-In mobile app (“App”) and related check-in services operated for the fourtillfour cafe and car club.
Eligibility
The App is for existing fourtillfour loyalty members. You must provide the name and phone number that match your loyalty contact. The App is intended for adults; it is not directed to children under 13.
Account and access
Sign-in matches your details to your GoHighLevel loyalty contact. You are responsible for keeping your phone number accurate with the shop. Do not use another member’s credentials. We may suspend access for misuse, fraud, or abuse of the loyalty program.
Check-in and loyalty points
Check-in is completed when staff scan your QR at the location. Points and visit history sync to your loyalty profile according to shop policies. Comp / discount redemption at the register (including any Square “Loyalty Comp” step) is handled by staff under shop rules and is not automated inside the App.
Acceptable use
- Use the App only for legitimate personal check-in at fourtillfour.
- Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not share or sell QR codes or attempt to game the points system.
Intellectual property
fourtillfour branding, logos, and App content remain the property of their owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal check-in only.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Loyalty benefits may change according to shop policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, fourtillfour and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or loyalty program. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limitations apply only to the extent allowed.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Account deletion
You may delete your App account from Home → Account → Delete account, or follow Account deletion. Deleting the App account does not automatically delete your cafe CRM contact.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we revise this page.
